About Healthy Overflow
Founded in 2015 by Susan Megan and Tiffany Rogers, Healthy Overflow sprang from their shared passion for closing critical healthcare gaps in under-served African communities. What began as a maternal-health outreach quickly grew into a multifaceted program tackling infectious-disease prevention, primary-care strengthening, and community-health-worker training.
To date, we’ve partnered with over 40 clinics and health centers—collaborating with rural ministries, HNI funders, and NGOs— to pilot mobile-clinic initiatives and midwife-training.

Our data-driven, hands-on approach not only delivers measurable outcomes today but also builds lasting local capacity for tomorrow.
At Healthy Overflow, we believe that every community, regardless of location or income, deserves reliable, quality healthcare—and we’re here to make it happen.
